Erin's School Award
On Monday Erin received her first certificate for memorising sight words. She had to go up on stage in front of the school at parade (assembly in SA) to collect her award. Luckily she was not alone in receiving a certificate. Some of her other classmates were also up there for sight word certificates of varying colours. When her name was called she looked very confident as she strode up to the principal and I told her how confident she looked. She told me, however, that she was scared even though I didn't think she showed it. Erin is very proud of her certificate and we are very proud of her too.
